The Dance and Movement Artefiletics and Its Use in Personality Training of Educational Personnel

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o taneční a pohybové artefiletice a jejím využití v osobnostní přípravě pedagogických pracovníků. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaké využití může mít taneční a pohybová artefiletika v osobnostní přípravě pedagogických pracovníků. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a aplikační. V první části se nejprve zabývám přípravou pedagogických pracovníků v pregraduálním a dalším vzdělávání. Dále se podrobněji věnuji osobnostní složce přípravy pedagogických pracovníků v pregraduálním a dalším vzdělávání. Poté se zaměřuji na taneční a pohybovou artefiletiku jako disciplínu naplňující cíle osobnostní přípravy.V poslední kapitole této části shrnuji poznatky o využití taneční a pohybové artefiletiky v osobnostní přípravě pedagogických pracovníků. Ve druhé části práce se věnuji aplikaci teoretických poznatků na modelový projekt. Ukazuji vypracovaný modelový projekt, kterému předchází vysvětlení, jak jsem projekt tvořila.V poslední kapitole se zamýšlím nad tím, zda teoretické poznatky uvedené v práci jsou funkční i v praxi.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the dance and movement artefiletics and its use in personality training of educational personnel. The goal of this thesis is to answer the question, what use the dance and movement artefiletics can in personality training of educational personnel. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and application. In the first part I engage in the training of educational personnel in the undergraduate training and continuing education at first. Then I devote to the personality element of educational personnel training in the undergraduate training and continuing education. Afterwards I focus on the dance and movement artefiletics as a discipline, which realizes the goals of the personality training. In the last chapter of this part I summarize some information about the use of the dance and movement artefiletics in the personality training of the educational personnel. In the second part of my thesis I devote to the application of the theoretical information to the model project. At first, I explain the birth of the project and then I present this model project. In the last chapter I think about the theoretical information, which are mentioned in this thesis, are usable in practice.
