Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním veřejnoprávních aspektů kontroly zdravotní péče. V bakalářské práci jsem hierarchicky analyzovala systém kontrol od zřizovatele zdravotnického zařízení, až po zaměstnavatele. The bachelor essay deals with the examination of public aspects of health care con-trol. In the essay, I have hierarchically analyzed the system of controls from the founder of the medical facility, to the employer.
