Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem bezdůvodného obohacení tak jak je tento obsažen a zařazen v právním řádu České republiky. Pozornost je zaměřena na historický vývoj tohoto institutu, právní vztah, který z tohoto institutu vzniká a dále pak na rozbor jeho jednotlivých skutkových podstat. The thesis deals with the Institute of unjust enrichment as it is covered and enshrined in the legislation of the Czech Republic. Attention is focused on the historical development of this institution, the legal relationship which arises from this institute and then analysis of the individual merits.
