Cílem práce je pohledem případové studie zjistit jaká je náplň práce pedagogického pracovníka ve školní družině a jaká zde probíhá pedagogická činnost. The subject of the thesis is an educator in an after-school club. The goal of this work is to find out by case study what is the job of an educator and what kind of education does an educator apply in an after-school club.
