Diplomová práce se věnuje zaměstnaneckým benefitům. Cílem práce je analýza a komparativní analýza nabídky benefitů v jednotlivých hotelech, kterými jsou hotely H, Rezidence Emmy a Jurys Inn. Druhým cílem práce je navrhnout změny ve struktuře zaměstnaneckých benefitů pro jeden ze tří zkoumaných hotelů. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current status of employee benefits in individual hotels and then perform a comparative analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey.
