Harmonization of the work and private sphere of life from the point of view of social workers

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na harmonizaci pracovní a soukromé sféry života z pohledu zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je zjistit a definovat bariéry, které spatřují zaměstnanci v organizacích v sociální oblasti různých typů služeb při harmonizaci pracovní a soukromé sféry jejich života. Na základě zjištění z výzkumu navrhnout organizační a jiná opatření vedoucí k lepším možnostem sladění práce a osobního života. Pro účely této práce chápu bariéry jako něco, co omezuje zaměstnancovu harmonizaci. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na vymezení definice. To chápu jako zásadní věc. Dále popisuji slaďování práce a rodiny a nastíním situaci této problematiky v České Republice. Také chci přiblížit specifika práce v sociálním odvětví. Dále zmiňuji nástroje harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života. V další části této práce popisuji, jaká byla zvolena metodologie výzkumu. Poslední empirická část poskytuje hlavní výzkumná zjištění a návrhy na opatření v konkrétní organizaci.

Abstract:

My thesis focuses on harmonisation of the work and private spheres of life by the employees view. Goal of my work is to find out and define barriers that employeees could see in organisations in social area in different types of services upon harmonisation of private and work spheres of their lives. Based on conclusions from the research to propose administrative and others precautions that could lead to better options of adjusting work and personal life. For purposes of this work I understand these barriers as something that limits the employee's harmonization. In the theoretical part of my work I focus on circumscription of the definition. I comprehend that as an essential subject. Further I describe harmonization of work and family and I am going to outline the situation of this issues in Czech Republic. Also I would like to zoom in specifications of work in social area. Furthermore I mention utilities of harmonization of work and family life. I the next part I describe which methodology of research was chosen. The last, empiric part of my work provides main researching conclusions and suggestions of precautions in particular organisation.
