The conditions of processing trade

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the first chapter of trade legislation under the Trade Act the definition of basic concepts such as trade business, types of trades, Conditions for Trading, the trade notification to its demise. The second chapter deals with the statutory requirements for Trading and brief overview of the paragraphs of the Act. 455/1991 Z.z. Trade law. The third chapter focuses on the business license certificate, notification trade and the emergence of the authorization to operate the business. Analyzes in detail the advantages and disadvantages of separate and joint ventures. Last fourth chapter contains suggestions and recommendations for improving the business environment and is also based on a report on the state of the business environment in 2014 in the Slovak Republic with suggestions for improvement.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá v prvej kapitole právnou úpravou živnosti podľa Živnostenského zákona s vymedzením základných pojmov ako sú živnostenské podnikanie, druhy živností, podmienky prevádzkovania živnosti, od ohlásenia živnosti až po jej zánik. Druhá kapitola sa venuje zákonným podmienkam prevádzkovania živnosti a stručnému prehľadu paragrafov v zákone č. 455/1991 Z.z. o Živnostenskom podnikaní. Tretia kapitola je zameraná na osvedčenie o živnostenskom oprávnení, ohlásenie živnosti a vznik oprávnenia k prevádzkovaniu živnosti. Podrobne analyzuje výhody a nevýhody samostatného a spoločného podnikania. Posledná štvrtá kapitola obsahuje návrhy a odporúčania na zlepšenie podnikateľského prostredia a vychádza tiež zo správy o stave podnikateľského prostredia v roku 2014 v Slovenskej republike s návrhmi na jeho zlepšenie.
