Bakalářská práce "Postavení ženy ve formativním období islámského práva" se zabývá postavením žen v islámu z hlediska klasického právního ukotvení. Konkrétně je pozornost soustředěna na ranou dobu islámu, tedy na dobu Muhammadovu, na jeho vztah k ženám a rodinný život. The bachelor's thesis "The Position of Women in the Formative Period of Islamic Law" deals with the status of women in Islam from the point of view of classical legal anchorage. Specifically attention is focused on the early period of Islam, so on Muhammad's period, his attitude towards women and family life.
