Protection against Dishonest Competion Practices
Abstract:
ANOTACE Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou proti nekalé soutěži v České republice. Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s různými druhy nekalých praktik a samozřejmě, jak už z názvu samotné práce vyplývá, jak se proti těmto bránit. Dále se zde snažím nastínit změny, které proběhly tím, že byla přijatá nová právní úprava.
Abstract:
ANNOTATION My thesis deals with protection againts unfair compettition in Czech Republic. Purpose of this thesis is to inform revers about different kinds of unfair competition as well as being able to defend yourself againts it. I am also trying to outline ganges that came out of new law adjustments.
