Téma bakalářské práce se zabývá jednotlivými druhy zápisů právních vztahů do katastru. Úvodní kapitoly popisují pojem katastru, jeho strukturu a funkce, hlavní část se zabývá nejen popisem jednotlivých druhů zápisů do katastru, ale zamýšlí se také s využitím soudní judikatury a odborné literatury nad jejich právní úpravou.
