The Lives of Rural Girls and Young Women in Moravia in the 18th Century (the Example of the Village Křenovice in the Slavkov estate)
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá životními poměry osiřelých a neosiřelých dívek a mladých žen ve vsi Křenovice na slavkovském panství v 18. století. Na základě studia soupisů sirotků a obyvatel jsou rekonstruovány osudy venkovských děvčat a vyvozovány závěry o vlivu ztráty otce na budoucnost mladých lidí.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the lives of girls and young women in the village of Křenovice in the Slavkov estate in the 18th century. It is based on the research of orphan registers and birth registers. The aim of this research is to compare lives of orphans and lives of children who did not lose their fathers.
