Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí softwarových licencí, jejich získání, jakož i problematikou při používání nelegálně získaných programů. The bachelor thesis deals with the area of software licences, their acquisition and the issue of using illegally gained programs. The first chapter is concerned with the history of the formation of computer programs and the formation of communities "open-source".
