Cílem této diplomové práce je strukturní studie interakce DNA hairpinu (vlásenkové struktury) s jedním z derivátů cisplatiny. Cisplatina je protirakovinný lék, široce používaný v léčbě rakoviny varlat, přičemž jeho účinnost je asi 95% u diagnostikovaných případů. Abstract:
The aim of this master thesis is to investigate the structure of DNA hairpin crosslinked with one of the cisplatin derivatives. Cisplatin is an anti-cancer drug, widely used in the treatment of testicular cancer, while the efficiency is about 95% of diagnosed cases.
