Decisions of the United States Supreme court cases on slavery
Abstract:
První dvě kapitoly práce pojednávají o vývoji otroctví na území Spojených států amerických od založení prvních anglických osad až po jeho zrušení v roce 1865. Další kapitola je zaměřena na soudní soustavu v USA, Nejvyšší soud USA a jeho roli v systému dělby moci. Poslední kapitola je věnována významným rozhodnutím Nejvyššího soudu USA v otázkách otroctví.
Abstract:
The first two chapters deal with slavery on soil of the United States of America since emergence of the first English colonies till the abolition of slavery in the year 1865.Next chapter focuses on system of the courts in the United States, the United States Supreme Court and its role in separation of powers.
