Risk Analysis of Selected Start-up Project

Abstract:

Cíl bakalářské práce pozůstává z literární rešerše problematiky start-up projektů, specifikace vybraného projektu v prostředí start-upů, důležité analýzy rizik a navrhovaných doporučení k eliminaci identifikovaných nebezpečí start-up projektu. V práci se bude nacházet Lean Canvas, SWOT analýza a skórovací metoda s mapou rizik. Výsledky analýz budou použity k vyhodnocení faktorů, které můžou negativně ovplyvnit vybraný start-up a vypracují se konkrétní opatření pro znižování rizik.

Abstract:

The main goal of the bachelor thesis consists of a literature search on the issue of start-up projects, specification of the selected project in the start-up environment, important risk analysis and proposed recommendations to eliminate the identified dangers of the start-up project. This topic include Lean Canvas, SWOT analysis and scoring method with risk matrix. The results of the analyzes will be used to evaluate these factors which may negatively affect selected start-up and will be specify concrete measures for reduce risk factors.
