Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je ,,Informovanost pacientů o hluboké žilní trombóze". Práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o hluboké žilní trombóze, především se zaměřením na rizikové faktory, diagnostiku, léčbu a v neposlední řadě na informovanost. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit míru informovanosti respondentů o hluboké žilní trombóze. Průzkumné šetření bylo provedeno na základě kvantitativní výzkumné metody, metodou dotazníku, jehož cílovou skupinu tvořili pacienti na vybraných odděleních Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem. Výsledky šetření byly v práci prezentovány pomocí grafů a tabulek, se slovním komentářem. Následná analýza získaných dat přinesla zjištění, že respondenti mají dostatečné znalosti pouze v oblasti obecných informací o hluboké žilní trombóze, na rozdíl od rizikových faktorů a preventivních opatřeních, kde znalosti nejsou dostačující. V diskuzi jsou stanovené cíle a výzkumné otázky porovnávány s odbornými literárními zdroji a doplněny o vlastní názor autora. Na podkladě získaných výsledků byla vytvořena informační brožura, která má přispět k větší informovanosti o tomto onemocnění.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Patient Awareness of Deep Venous Thrombosis". The work summarizes the theoretical knowledge about deep vein thrombosis, especially focusing on risk factors, diagnostics, treatment and information. The main objective of the work was to find out the level of respondents' awareness of deep vein thrombosis. The survey was carried out on the basis of a quantitative research method, a questionnaire method, whose target group was patients at selected departments of Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem. The results of the survey were presented using graphs and tables, with a commentary. Subsequent analysis of the data gathered revealed that respondents had sufficient knowledge only in general information on deep vein thrombosis, unlike risk factors and preventative measures where knowledge is not sufficient. In the discussion, the goals and research questions are compared with the literary sources and supplemented by the author's own opinion. On the basis of the results obtained, an information brochure was created to help raise awareness of this disease.
