Three theories of the social contract
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teoriemi společenských smluv novověkých filosofů Thomase Hobbese, Johna Locka a Jeana Jacquese Rousseaua. Zaměřuje se především na odlišné pojetí přirozeného stavu, společenské smlouvy a představy o ideálním státu. Cílem práce je představit teorie společenských smluv a pomocí metody komparace poukázat na souvislosti, ale i jejich odlišnosti.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the theories of social contracts of the modern philosophers Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Jean Jacques Rousseau. In particular, it focuses on different conceptions of the state of nature, the social contract and the idea of the ideal state.
