Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Outsourcing ve veřejném sektoru“ se zabývá problematikou produkce pomocných služeb ve veřejné organizaci. Cílem práce je audit outsourcingu Městského úřadu v Moravské Třebové – posouzení nákladové efektivnosti a kvality externího a interního zabezpečení služeb ve vybrané veřejné organizaci. V práci je předně vyzdvihnuta teoretická rovina jednotlivých pojmů spadajících do této oblasti a následně je představena organizace, kde je proveden audit outsourcingu. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení zaměřené na zkvalitnění současné formy zabezpečení a návrhy nových možností pro outsourcing.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis called “Outsourcing in the public sector” deals with the issue of supporting internal services in a public organization. The goal of the work becomes here the cost-effectiveness (economy) and quality of external and internal security services in chosen public organization. The first step is highlighting the theoretical knowledge and individual concepts in the research area and then the analyzed organization is introduced and audit delivered. Thesis conclusion summarize the findings and include proposals aimed at improving the current situation and proposals for the new opportunities for outsourcing.
