Pain in the cervical spine from the point of view of physiotherapy and psychosomatics

Abstract:

Tématem, kterým se v bakalářské práci zabývám jsou bolesti krční páteře. V poslední době jsou bolesti zad častějším důvodem návštěvy lékaře. Zpravidla se jedná o bolesti, které jsou chronické a nespecifické, nemají tedy jasný původ. Popisuji nejčastější příčiny vzniku těchto potíží. Snažím se zabývat komplexním stavem pacienta. Při diagnostice brát v potaz nejen fyzické potíže, ale i opomíjený psychický stav. Práce obsahuje anatomický přehled, důležitý pro správnou diagnostiku. Popisuje problematiku bolesti a její možné příčiny. Zohledňuje vzájemné vztahy mezi vnitřními orgány a funkčními změnami vzniklými v oblasti krční páteře. Z různých zdrojů literatury jsou popsány jednotlivé viscerální vzorce typické pro postižení daného orgánu. Je zde vysvětleno, jak funguje autonomní nervový systém a jak je provázaný s bolestmi pohybového aparátu. Vysvětluji pochody, kterými lidský organismus reaguje na stresové situace a zabývám se následně vzniklými reflexními změnami.

Abstract:

The main topic of the bachelor's thesis is a general overview of neck pain. As a rule, these pains are chronic and non-specific, without a clear origin. This thesis describes the most common causes of these problems. Since the issues often do not have a clear cause, it is crucial to take the complexity of a patient's problems into account. Not only the physical state, but also the mental state plays a key role in accurate diagnosis. The work contains an anatomical overview, as well as describes specific nature of the pain and its possible causes. It takes into account the relationships between the internal organs and the functional changes that have occurred in the cervical spine. Individual visceral patterns typical of a given organ are described from various literature sources. It explains how the autonomic nervous system works and its association with musculoskeletal pain. This thesis also explains the processes by which the human body responds to stressful situations and deals with the subsequent reflex changes.
