Cílem diplomové práce bylo vymezit trestnou součinnost, jak ji zná naše trestní právo. V diplomové práci jsou definovány jednotlivé formy trestné součinnosti. The aim of this diploma thesis consists of analysing the criminal accomplicity in Czech Criminal law while focusing on defining the essential requirements of all forms of criminal accomplicity.
