Diplomová práce se zabývá společným jměním manželů. Cílem této práce je zabývat se největšími změnami, které do úpravy společného jmění manželů přinesl Nový občanský zákoník v kontextu s úpravou předchozí a zhodnotit tuto úpravu z pohledu teorie a praxe, a to na základě odborné literatury.
