Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou stavebních technologií roubených staveb z hlediska finanční a časové náročnosti. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána historie roubených staveb na našem území, legislativní požadavky na stavby k roku 2022, rozdělení konstrukčních systémů a výrobní procesy roubených staveb, tradičních a moderních technologií, postup při navrhování nejen roubených staveb, finanční politika dnešní doby a technický popis stavby. V praktické části této práce jsou zpracovány dvě prováděcí dokumentace dle vyhlášky č.499/2006 příloha č.13. Jedna prováděcí dokumentace je zpracována pro technologii se sušenými BSH hranoly a druhá v technologii s nevysušeným řezivem. Součástí obou dokumentací je rozpočet s výkazem výměr. Tyto dokumentace včetně rozpočtů slouží jako podklad pro zpracování porovnání již zmíněných technologií z hlediska finanční a časové náročnosti staveb. Podkladem pro porovnání a prováděcí dokumentace je reálná zakázka společnosti OK Pyrus, s.r.o. s individuálními požadavky investora. Na základě těchto vstupních podkladů je vyhodnoceno, která z těchto variant je časově a finančně výhodnější.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the comparison of two construction technologies of timbered buildings in terms of financial and time requirements. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the history of timbered buildings in our country, the legislative requirements for buildings as of 2022, the division of construction systems and production processes of timbered buildings, traditional and modern technologies, the procedure for designing not only timbered buildings, the financial policy of today and the technical description of the building are described. In the practical part of this work, two implementation documents are prepared according to Decree 499/2006, Annex 13. One implementation documentation is prepared for the technology with dried BSH timbers and the other one for the technology with undried imber. Both documents include a budget with a bill of quantities. These documents, including budgets, serve as a basis for the comparison of the above mentioned technologies in terms of financial and time requirements for construction. The basis for the comparison and implementation documentation is a real order of OK Pyrus, s.r.o. with individual requirements of the investor. On the basis of these input documents, it is evaluated which of the following options is more time and financially advantageous.
