Tato bakalářská práce se v první kapitole zabývá právní úpravou a podmínkami k zajištění cyklistických závodů. Obsahuje obecný postup a náležitosti při podávání žádosti o zvláštní užívání pozemních komunikací. Abstract:
The first chapter of this bachelor thesis deals with the rules and conditions necessary for organisation of a bicycle race. It outlines the general procedure and requirements to be fulfilled when applying for a permission of a special use of roads.
