Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám srovnáním zákona č. 337/1992 Sb, o správě daní a poplatků a zákona č. 280/2009 Sb, daňového řádu. Nejprve se věnuji legislativnímu procesu schvalování nového daňového řádu. Uvádím všechny známé okolnosti, které jeho schválení provázely. Abstract:
In my dissertation I apply to compare the law No. 337/1992 Coll, on Administration of Taxes and Law No. 280/2009 Coll, the tax code. At the first time, I devote the legislative process of approving a new tax code. I mention all the known circumstances that accompanied its approval.
