Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou case management a její implementací v oblasti sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat realizovanou praxi metody case management na vybraném pracovišti orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Efektivita metody case management, v práci s ohroženými dětmi, spočívá v poskytnutí koordinované pomoci. Zejména pokud dochází k multifaktoriálnímu ohrožení nezletilého, je nutná multidisciplinární spolupráce, která vyžaduje koordinaci všech zainteresovaných osob a subjektů v případu klienta. Teoretická část bakalářské práce poskytuje ukotvení terminologie a informací ohledně oblasti sociálně první ochrany dětí a metody case management. Bakalářská práce je doplněna o výzkumnou část, která analyzuje implementaci metody case management na oddělení péče o děti a rodinu Městské části Praha 6.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the case management method and its implementation in the field of social and legal protection of children. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the practice use the case management method in the selected workplace of the authority of social and legal protection of children. The effectiveness of the case management method, in working with vulnerable children, lies in providing coordinated assistance. Especially if there is a multifactorial threat to a minor, multidisciplinary cooperation is needed, which requires the coordination of all stakeholders and entities in the case of the client. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis provides anchoring of terminology and information regarding the area of social first child protection and case management methods. The bachelor 's thesis is supplemented by a research part which analyzes the implementation of the case management method at the Department of Child and Family Care of the City District of Prague 6.
