The activities of the form teacher and the impact on the class climate

Anotácia:

Práce se zabývá vztahem činností třídního učitele a klimatem školní třídy. V teoretické části byly popsány pojmy, týkající se sledovaných oblastí: třídní učitel a klima školní třídy. Praktická část práce vychází z kvantitativního výzkumu uskutečněného formou výběrového šetření deskriptivně relačního charakteru. Prostřednictvím informací a dat shrnutých v bakalářské práci, získáváme představu o teoretickém vymezení klimatu školní třídy a činnostech třídního učitele v odborné literatuře a prostřednictvím výsledků drobného výzkumného šetření se dozvídáme o jejich existující vazbě, neboť se ukazuje, že třídní učitel ve sledovaných třídách může mít kladný vliv na jejich sociální klima.

Abstract:

The work dealt with the relation of activities of the class teacher with the climate of the class. The theoretical part of the work describes the terms regarding the monitored areas: the class teacher and the climate of a class. The practical part of the work is based on the quantitative research carried out in the form of a sample survey of the descriptive relational character. By means of the information and data summarized in the bachelor thesis we obtain a closer conception of the theoretical determination of climate in a class and activities of the class teacher as described in professional literature, and by means of results of the detailed sample survey we learn of their existing relation since it seems that the class teacher in monitored classes may actually have a positive influence on their social climate.
