Business relations and trends in foreign trade between Ukraine and Israel

Abstract:

Daná bakalářská práce obsahuje základní informace o hospodářské a politické situaci mezi Ukrajinou a Izraelem, aktuálních trendech zahraničního obchodu a analýzu obchodních vztahů těchto států. Cílem této práce je navrhnout další možné formy mezinárodní ekonomické spolupráce do budoucnosti v závislosti na současné situaci. K naplnění tohoto cíle použiji dílčí cíle: prokázat dynamiku obchodní a investiční kooperace, zvážit normativní a právní základ spolupráce mezi zeměmi, vyhodnotit postavení státu Izrael jako významného obchodního a strategického partnera pro Ukrajinu, prozkoumat jeho roli s ohledem na perspektivnost pro budoucí vývoj těchto vztahů. Hlavní důraz je kladen především na zkoumání aspektů, které přispěly k podepsání dohody o zóně volného obchodu mezi Ukrajinou a Izraelem, následné posouzení významu a důsledků této dohody.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis contains basic information about the economic and political situation between Ukraine and Israel, the current trends in foreign trade and the analysis of trade relations of these states. The purpose of this thesis is to propose other possible forms of international economic cooperation for the future depending on the current situation. To accomplish this goal I use partial goals: to demonstrate the dynamics of trade and investment partnership, to consider the normative and legal basis of cooperation between countries, to evaluate the position of Israel as an important and strategic trading partner for Ukraine, to examine its role in terms of prospects for the future development of these relations. The main emphasis is placed on examining the aspects that contributed to the signing of the Free Trade Area agreement between Ukraine and Israel, the subsequent assessment of the significance and consequences of this agreement.
