Provencal cuisine

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Provencal cuisine, ingredients used in this cuisine and recipes of traditional Provencal meals. Individual ingredients are described in detail. This thesis is also devoted to customs used at the French table. The thesis also includes a short questionnaire where we find out the opinions of inhabitants of Provence on traditions kept in French cuisine.

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je provensálská kuchyně, suroviny používané v této kuchyni a recepty tradičních provensálských pokrmů. Jednotlivé suroviny jsou zde podrobněji rozebrány. Tato práce se také věnuje zvyklostem francouzského stolování. Bakalářská práce obsahuje také krátký dotazník, ve kterém zjišťujeme názor samotných obyvatel Provence na tradice dodržované v provensálské kuchyni.
