The efficiency of the HR portal to ensure the personnel processes in Česká pošta, s.p.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá efektivitou HR portálu využívaného Českou poštou, s.p. Zaměřuje se na teoretické definování řízení lidských zdrojů s využitím podnikových informačních systémů. Následně charakterizuje jednotlivé aplikace HR portálu, analyzuje současné využití a popisuje možnosti další implementace zaměstnaneckých licencí.
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the efficiency of the HR portal used by the Česká pošta, s.p. Its focus is aimed on the theoretical definition of human resources management using the information system of the company. Furthermore, it characterizes each HR portal applications, analyzes current state of utilization and describes possible ways of further implementation of employee licenses.
