Předkládaná bakalářská práce vymezuje problematiku trestného činu podvodu v obecném měřítku, vymezuje také jednotlivé typy podvodů, jak je definuje současný trestní zákoník, a kromě právní analýzy jsou zde uvedeny také typické stopy pro páchání těchto trestných činů a možnosti prevence spáchání těchto trestných činů. Abstract:
The presented Bachelor thesis outlines the issue of general fraud crime, and individual types of fraud as defined by the currently applicable Criminal Code. It provides a legal analysis as well as typical clues related to these crimes, and possible means of prevention. There is a separate chapter dealing with credit fraud, including practical examples of detected fraud.
