Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem nových pracovníků ve vybrané malé firmě. Cílem práce je na základě zjištěných poznatků v průběhu práce navrhnout vhodný adaptační proces pro danou firmu. This diploma thesis deals with the adaptation process of new employees in the chosen enterprise. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable adaptation process for the given company based on the findings.
