Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní doby ve zdravotnictví. Zabývá se obcházením ustanovení zákoníku práce na straně zdravotnických zařízení, přetěžováním zdravotnických pracovníků nelegálními přesčasy a s tím souvisejícím krácením doby odpočinku. Cílem je analyzovat specifika pracovní doby ve zdravotnictví s důrazem na přesčasy, dobu pracovní pohotovosti a dobu odpočinku. Text dále zasazuje …more
Abstract:
Rigorous work deals with the issue of working hours in health care. It deals with circumventing the provisions of the Labor Code on the part of medical facilities, overburdening medical workers with illegal overtime and the related reduction of rest periods.
