Táto bakalárska práca prináša prehľad existujúcej experimentálnej literatúry zameranej na rodovú diskrimináciu v profesiách, kde prevládajú ženy a v profesiách kde prevládajú muži. Cieľom práce je odpovedať na výskumnú otázku či sa diskriminácia objavuje viac v povolaniach, ktoré sú dominované ženským pohlavím alebo v povolaniach, ktoré sú dominované mužským pohlavím.
