Abstract:
Pluripotentní kmenové buňky mají výjimečnou schopnost diferencovat do všech buněčných typů organizmu a zároveň udržovat svou nediferenciovanou formu jako zásobu buněčné variability. Taková buňka musí projít četnými cykly znovuzrození s co nejmenší možnou negativní změnou genetické informace po celou dobu její existence. Pluripotent stem cells have a unique capacity to differentiate into all cell types and simultaneously keep undifferentiated status as source of cell’s variability. However these cells have to pass many divisions with the least detrimental effect on genetic information possible throughout their life.
