Business plan – investment consultancy for students

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán zaměřený na investiční poradenství pro studenty a zhodnotit, zda se vyplatí založit takový podnik v České republice. První kapitola shrnuje dosavadní teoretické poznatky a principy, které jsou zásadní při sestavování podnikatelského plánu. Druhá část obsahuje samotný podnikatelský plán vypracovaný dle teorie uvedené v kapitole první. Podnikatelský plán se skládá z výzkumu trhu, analýzy vnějšího prostředí, finančního i marketingového plánu, SWOT analýzy a analýzy rizik. Práce navíc také obsahuje stručnou analýzu německého trhu pro případnou expanzi. Hlavní výstup a zároveň přínos práce představuje ucelený návrh podnikatelského plánu na založení společnosti podnikající v oblasti investičního poradenství pro studenty. Závěrem je skutečnost, že se podobný podnik vyplatí založit, pokud má majitel v začátcích i jiný zdroj příjmu a plánuje tento typ podnikání provozovat v dlouhodobém měřítku

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis’s main objective is to create a business plan for investment consultancy for students. The study aims to evaluate the plan and to state the feasibility of starting a business of this kind in the Czech Republic. The first chapter builds a theory about the main principles of a business plan and its structure. The second part includes the concrete business plan based on the theory from the first chapter. The business plan consists of market research, external environment analysis, marketing and financial plan, SWOT analysis, and risk analysis. Moreover, the thesis also contains a brief overview of potential expansion to Germany. The main conclusion that can be drawn is that starting a business of this kind has enormous potential but only under the condition that the owner has a different income at the beginning and plans to build this company in the long term.
