Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nese název „Účetní závěrka ve vybraném podniku“. Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat činnosti související s účetní závěrkou a porovnat výsledky hospodaření vybraného podniku v uplynulých letech. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je teoreticko-metodologická a druhá část je aplikační. V teoretické části se zaměřím na popsání účetních zásad při tvorbě účetní uzávěrky a účetní závěrky podle Českých účetních standardů. Následně na hlavní rozdíly účetní závěrky podle Mezinárodních účetních standardů. V aplikační části jsou získané informace z teoretické části aplikovány v praxi. Při zpracování aplikační části byly použity metody sběru dat, zpracování dat a vyhodnocení dat. V aplikační části nejprve představím zvolenou společnost LEIFHEIT, s. r. o. v Blatné a poté podrobně rozeberu a budu charakterizovat účetní závěrku této společnosti za rok 2015. V druhé části vlastní práce pak podrobně porovnám tři účetní závěrky společnosti za účetní období 2013, 2014 a 2015. Tyto účetní závěrky porovnám a poukáži na výrazné zvýšení nebo snížení určitých položek rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. V závěru bakalářské práce popíši diskuzi výsledků a návrhy na opatření.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is entitled "The financial statements of a chosen company“. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize activities related to financial statements and to compare the economic results of the selected company in recent years. This work is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical and methodological and the second part is the practical one. The theoretical part focuses on describing the accounting principles in preparing the year – end closing and financial statements according to Czech accounting standards, and then on the main differences of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The practical part applies obtained information into practice. Methods of data collection, data processing and data evaluation were used for the practical part. There I introduce the selected company LEIFHEIT, Ltd. in Blatná and then I analyse and characterize the financial statements of the company for the year 2015. In the second part of the practical part, I compare company’s three financial statements for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 in details. I compare these financial statements and highlight the significant increase or decrease of certain balance sheet and profit and loss account. In conclusion, the thesis describes discussion the results and proposals for action.
