Abstract:
Aby podnik vykazoval co nejvyšší zisk, což je jedním z hlavních cílů a ukazatelů úspěšnosti podniku, je důležité efektivně řídit náklady. Aby mohl management usměrňovat a kvalitně řídit náklady je třeba je podrobně třídit a sledovat z věcného hlediska, čímž se zabývají kalkulace.
