Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozdíly v řízení a motivaci zaměstnanců generace X, Y a Z. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat rozdíly v motivaci a řízení zaměstnanců různých věkových skupin ve vybrané organizaci a na základě těchto odlišností navrhnout vhodné metody motivace pro jednotlivé generace. The diploma thesis is focused on the differences in the management and motivation of employees of generation X, Y and Z. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the differences in the motivation and management of employees of different age groups in a selected organization and, based on these differences, to propose suitable methods of motivation for individual generations.
