Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce s názvem „Teoretické reflexe vokálně-instrumentálních děl Arvo Pärta“ přímo navazuje na diplomovou práci Michala Jančíka „Sborová tvorba Arvo Pärta“ obhájenou v únoru 2011 na Pedagogické fakultě Ostravské univerzity v Ostravě a bakalářskou práci Michala Jančíka „Vokálně-instrumentální tvorba Arvo Pärta“ obhájenou v červnu 2011 na Hudební fakultě Janáčkovy akademie múzických umění v Brně. Proto kapitoly týkající se skladatelova života a především kompoziční techniky obsahují pouze stručná resumé důležitá k pochopení hlavní části práce (zmíněná problematika je již velmi podrobně rozvedena v práci „Sborová tvorba Arvo Pärta“). Hlavní část práce se zpočátku zaměřuje na shrnutí a teoretické reflexe vokálně-instrumentálních děl skladatele se snahou zachytit specifické znaky tvorby této oblasti. Ve zbylé části se nachází komplexní analýza skladby Te Deum (včetně interpretačních a akustických aspektů), která nabízí možné pohledy na Pärtovu vokálně-instrumentální tvorbu a její analýzu aplikované na konkrétní kompozici, která je v mnoha aspektech schopná zastoupit další Pärtova díla vokálně-instrumentální oblasti.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis with the title “Theoretic reflection of vocal instrumental work of Arvo Pärt“ directly follows the diploma thesis of Michal Jancik “Choir work of Arvo Pärt” defended in February 2011 at the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of Ostrava and the bachelor thesis “Vocal-instrumental work of Arvo Pärt” which was defended in July 2011 at the Music Faculty of the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts in Brno. Therefore, the chapters connected with the life of the composer and the compositional technique contain only the brief summary important for understanding of the main part of the work (the mentioned issues are described in the work “Choir work of Arvo Pärt” ).The major part of the work focuses on the summary and theoretic reflection of vocal instrumental work of the composer with an effort to capture the specific features of the creation. In the rest of the work there is a complex analysis of the composition Te Deum (including interpretative and acoustic aspects) which offers views on Pärt´s vocal instrumental work and the analysis of applied concrete composition, which is in many aspects able to substitute another Pärt´s work of vocal instrumenal area.
