Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské diplomové práce „Communities of practice mezi absolventy oboru Informační studia a knihovnictví v Praze a oboru Informační a znalostní management ve Valašském Meziříčí: průzkum možností uplatnění“ je zmapovat profesní uplatnění absolventů těchto oborů na trhu práce. Popisuji zde průzkumy uplatnění absolventů vysokých škol, které provádí Středisko vzdělávací politiky Filozofické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy v Praze. Podrobně jsem v práci charakterizovala studijní obory, jež byly předmětem mého výzkumu. Předposlední kapitola práce je věnována definici a možnostem zakládání „communities of practice“. Obsahem závěrečné části je výzkum uplatnění absolventů a analýza získaných dat.

Abstract:

Content of the bachelor thesis „Communities of practice between graduates field of study Information Studies and Librarianship in Praha and field of study Information and knowledge management in Valašské Meziříčí: research of possibilities of the employment“ is the mapping of the employment of graduates these fields of study at the labor market. I describe research of employments of college graduates, that practises The Center of the Educational Politics Faculty of Education, Charles University in Praha. In my thesis I described in detail the fields of study, that was subject of my research. The last but one chapter of my work is dedicated to the definition and forming communities of practice. Research of the employment of the graduates and analysis of the information from the research is content of the last part.
