Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je věnována průnikovému pedagogickému tématu. V profesionalizaci učitelů se vyskytuje i jev, který je důležité zkoumat. Jde o odolnost neboli resilienci učitelů vůči různým změnám. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit míru resilience u učitelů mateřských škol. The submitted thesis is dedicated to the breakthrough pedagogical topic. There is also a phenomenon in teacher professionalization that is important to research. It is the resilience of teachers to various changes. The aim of the thesis was to determine the degree of resilience of preschool teachers.
