Předmětem této práce je srovnávací analýza právních předpisů upravujících matriku manželství od roku 1950, kdy matriční agenda přešla z církevní správy do správy státní a byla stanovena jednotná pravidla jejího vedení. Abstract:
The object of this bachelor thesis is comparative analysis of legal regulations regarding registry of matrimony from the year 1950, when register offices were found and assumed the agenda of parishes (registering of deaths, births, weddings etc.) and when the rules of registering of these facts were unified.
