Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na popis genetické variability rodu Cannabis a metody molekulární biologie sloužící k identifikaci. Nedílnou součástí práce je popis hlavních kanabinoidů, jakožto sekundárních metabolitů konopí a jejich biosyntéza. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the description of genetic variability of genus Cannabis and molecular methods used for identification. An integral part of thesis is a description of main cannabinoids as secondary metabolites of Cannabis and their biosynthesis.
