Psychosocial consequences of mental disorder - schizophrenia

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Psychosociální důsledky duševního onemocnění – schizofrenie pojednává o jedné z nejhorších a nejkomplikovanějších duševních nemocí současnosti. Zaměřuje se na vysvětlení nemoci pro širší veřejnost, stejně tak se snaží vysvětlit pojmy, které s touto nemocí úzce souvisí. Každý po přečtení je schopen tuto duševní nemoc oddělit od ostatních známých duševních nemocí. Práce se také zaměřuje na historii této nemoci, na její rozdělení, nebo jak u člověka vůbec vznikne. V práci jsou také kapitoly pojednávající o příznacích této nemoci a jejich dopadech na život člověka a jeho okolí. Čtenář se zde také dozví například, které organizace a sdružení pomáhají lidem s touto nemocí. K dalším praktickým věcem této práce pak patří polostandardizované rozhovory s osobami, které trpí schizofrenií. Tyto rozhovory pak mají jediný cíl, objasnit čtenáři, jak vypadá život nemocných v praxi a jak s ní dokáží žit

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis Psychosocial consequences of mental disorder – schizophrenia deals about one of the worst and one of the most complicated mental diseases these days. It focuses on explanation of this illness to wide public. It also explains concepts, that are similar to schizophrenia. After complete reading of this thesis is everyone capable to separate this mental desease of other known mental deseases. This work also focuses on history of schizophrenia, on many species of this desease or for example how can schizophrenia starts in human brain, meaning where is the complete beginning. There are also chapters focusing on symptoms and their impact on human life and its surroundings. The reader is going to learn, for example, which organizations and associations help these ill people. Other practical thing that is included in this thesis are interviews with people with mental desease, people who suffer from schizophrenia. These interviews have one goal, to clarify the reader, how hard is a life with schizophrenia in practice, or even if there are able to coop with that.
