Political Conception of Freedom in the Work of Hannah Arendt
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice svobody jakožto politické kategorii v díle Hannah Arendtové. Svoboda je zde předpokladem politického jednání, které se liší od soukromých zájmů. Práce vymezuje pojem svobody vůči tradičnímu psychologickému pojetí a ukazuje důležitost svobody jako stěžejní záležitosti veřejného světa a politicky angažovaného člověka.
Abstract:
The thesis interprets an issue of freedom as a political category in the work of Hannah Arendt. The freedom is the prerequisite for political action, which is different from private interests. The thesis defines the concept of freedom to the traditional psychological concept and shows the importance of freedom as a fundamental issue of public world and as an issue of politically engaged man.
