The internal environment of sports club Návsí
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřená na vnitřní prostředí sportovního klubu Návsí. Hlavním cílem práce bylo navrhnout doporučení k odstranění slabých stránek a posílení silných stránek klubu. Při zpracování práce byly použity poskytnuté materiály z činnosti SK Návsí a řízený rozhovor s předsedou klubu. Efektivní řízení organizace by mělo fungovat díky vedení klubu. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the internal environment of sports club Návsí. The main goal is to propose recommendations to remedy weak and reinforce strong aspects of club. While processing was used materials about activity of sports club Návsí and directed interview with club chairman. Effective corporate governance should work because of club management.
