Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje jazykové vybavenosti operátorů tísňových linek TCTV 112. Teoretická část poskytuje základní informace o problematice příjmu tísňového volání, kdy vymezuje základní pojmy: hovory v českém jazyce, hovory v cizím jazyce, komunikace s cizinci v tísni, specifika volání na linku 112. This thesis deals with the language skills of operators, mainly emergency line 112. The theoretical part provides basic information on the receiving emergency calls, which defines the basic terms such calls in the Czech language, calls in foreign language, communication with foreigners in distress, specific calls to 112.
