The Project to Improve the Teamwork in Selected Social Services Facility

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt zlepšení týmové práce v zařízení sociálních služeb. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována třem hlavním tématům. Prvním tématem je tým, kde jsou popsány typy týmů, role v týmu, vývojové fáze týmu, cíle v týmu a komunikace v týmu. Druhým tématem je týmová práce, kde jsou kapitoly zaměřeny na vedení členů týmu, efektivitu týmové práce a týmovou práci v zařízeních sociálních služeb. Posledním tématem teoretické části práce je definice projektu a jeho náležitostí. Praktická část obsahuje představení vybraného zařízení pro projekt, marketingovou analýzu, analýzu současného stavu týmové práce a projekt zaměřený na zlepšení týmové práce. Marketingová analýza sestává z analýzy makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí. Analýza současného stavu týmové práce byla provedena formou kvantitativního výzkumu metodou dotazníkového šetření za pomocí dotazníku Teamwork Perceptions Questionnaire (T-TPQ). Na základě získaných dat byl vytvořen projekt zlepšení týmové práce, který je podrobený nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the project to improve the teamwork in social services facility. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on three main topics. The first topic is team, which describes types of teams, roles in the team, developmental stages of the team, team goals and communication in the team. The second topis is teamwork, where chapters focuses on team leadership, the effectiveness of teamwork, and teamwork in social services facilities. The last topic of the theoretical part of the thesis is the definition of the project and its requirements. The practical part includes an introduction to the selected social services facility, a marketing analysis, an analysis of the current state of teamwork and a project to improve the teamwork. The marketing analysis consists of an analysis of the macro environment, the meso environment and the micro environment. The analysis of the current state of teamwork was conducted in the form of quantitative research using the Teamwwork Perception Questionnaire (T-TPQ) survey method. Based on the collected data, a project to improve the teamwork was developed and subjected to cost, time and risk analysis.
