Optimization of supplies in production and assembly
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce přináší v teoretické části nejprve pohled na podnikovou interní logistiku jako celek a jejími možnostmi řešení v průmyslové praxi. Na základě těchto poznatků dále popisuje v praktické části návrh na optimalizaci zavážení pracovišť pomocí Milkrun v konkrétním podniku a tím přináší v této oblasti významnou úsporu nákladů a času.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis introduces in the theoretical part first a look at the company internal logistics as a whole and its solutions in industrial practice. Based on these findings, he also describes the practical part of the proposal to optimize the workload of Milkrun workplaces in a particular enterprise and thus brings significant cost and time savings in this area.
