This diploma thesis will be focused on estimating the value of travel time on the Brno - Ostrava railway corridor. The theoretical part will be devoted to literary research, which will summarize important studies dealing with value of time (VOT) estimation and summaries of the most common techniques and methods for estimating the value of time.
